PAIGE RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM KINGCLOWN

Paige’s debut album King Clown out now, accompanied by the music video for single ‘Carousel’. Beloved singer-songwriter Paige is back with her debut album KingClown. King Clown merch, vinyl and CD are also available now.

In 2020 Paige released her EP Always Growing, which dominated the NZ Official Charts and has gone Platinum in Korea. With a growing international fanbase off the back of her collaboration with Norwegian pop artist Peder Elias on ‘When I’m Still Getting Over You’ and her first Australian tour supporting Odette, Paige’s debut album is shaping up to be her most successful body of work yet.

Arriving today, her debut album King Clown was written predominantly by Paige herself and produced by Simon Gooding (P!NK, Drax Project, Neil Finn, TEEKS). The record takes listeners through a wide sonic range of RnB, Pop Punk, Electronic, Soul and acoustic influences. Featuring fan favourites, ‘Miles Away (feat. Ant Saunders)’, ‘Loyalty’ and ‘California’, King Clown goes inwards. The record details the human condition; the thin line between good and wicked, and follows a young woman on an existential journey of self-improvement across twelve tracks.

Amassing 57M global career streams, Paige’s illustrious vocals have delighted fans the world over, with EP Always Growing achieving Platinum in Korea helping to establish Paige as one of the country’s most exciting new artists. Having recently returned from a promotional tour to both Korea and Singapore to build on the success that she is seeing in both markets, Paige’s personality and palpable lyrics have seen her form genuine connections with her fans across the world. Paige has toured with some of New Zealand’s biggest acts, and earlier this year she played her first shows in Australia in July, where she supported artist Odette in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Paige will return to Australia as part of her King Clown Tour in October before returning to New Zealand for four more shows across the country in November and December.
